Window Dressings

Textiles create a soft texture into your space. Typically, people think of adding pillows and blankets for that soft touch, but many forget they can get that feel by dressing a window. We see dressing the window as a place to combine the beauty of the light with a touch of something personal. Our favorite way to dress a window is by mixing a roman shade with a curtain. This creates even more texture and depth to your space. This is also a great way to block the sunlight while still keeping those beautiful curtains drawn. We also like to mix up what we use in a room. Just because you used drapes on one wall doesn't mean you can't use a roman on another wall. Here are some of our favorite windows we have dressed! It's a little mix of simplistic beauty and expressive character. What type of window dressings speak to you?
