Behind The Build: Needham Estate, Phase One

Built in 1919, this Needham estate is undergoing a dramatic transformation led by McCormack Builders and Robin Gannon Interiors. With our clients set to arrive for the summer, the timeline is fixed, and every decision has to count from day one.
Phase One focuses on high-impact, highly visible updates to the entire first floor. These include refinished floors, custom millwork, new furnishings and lighting, the addition of a new bathroom, and one particularly striking architectural change: three existing windows were replaced with French doors that now open directly to the pool area, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection.
